This webinar will cover recent and forthcoming legal and regulatory changes relevant to all financial institutions including presentations on:
- a preview of Q4's regulatory agenda and what’s on the horizon for firms;
- Consumer Duty, including changes to scope and recent FCA interventions;
- operational incident reporting and material third-party arrangements;
- modernising the redress system, including changes to the Financial Ombudsman Service rules; and
- financial crime, including recent supervisory publications and enforcement cases.

The webinar will focus on topics relevant to asset managers and include presentations on:

- Reform of the Consumer Credit Act.
